For pupils in primary school. A parent or guardian completes or supervises the form, and their email address is used for updates.
You will need
- Essay: at least 50 words (Primary 1 to 3) or 100 words (Primary 4 to 6)
- Last term's report card
- Passport photograph with a white background
- Parent's name, phone and email
- Bank details for direct deposit
